Sacheon Cable Car Nature Recreation Forest
Sacheon Cable Car Nature Recreation Forest is located in the central part of
Dongji area in Sacheon City, specifically in the area of Gaksan (Silan-dong).
It spans a total of 39.4ha, including a large pine forest (20ha). -
The main facilities include three duplex forest recreation buildings with a total of six rooms
in the pine forest, as well as 16 forest houses with one-room and two-room accommodations,
and a camping center that includes 15 camping decks.
In addition, there are auxiliary facilities such as forest exploration trails,
a forest playground, and an infant forest experience center.
The recreation forest provides a healing space to escape the congestion of the city
and connect with nature. The vast pine forest emitting phytoncides
makes it suitable for enjoying urban forest bathing.
